Recruiter

MissionHires is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a consulting client with end-to-end talent acquisition, leveraging ATS tools to source, screen, and manage candidates. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruitment experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proven success operating within an ATS to deliver a streamlined hiring process.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers
• Leverage ATS to post jobs, track candidates, maintain pipelines, and ensure data integrity
• Source talent through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct structured screens to assess skills, experience, and culture add
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely, high-quality candidate experience
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify role requirements and calibrate profiles
• Maintain compliant, organized candidate records and reporting within the ATS
• Provide status updates, metrics, and insights to improve hiring outcomes

• Proven experience in recruitment with measurable hiring results
• Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, empathetic communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and process discipline within the ATS
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Availability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones
