Recruiter (Light Industrial Staffing) - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - Allentown, Pennsylvania

MissionHires is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to run full-cycle staffing for light industrial and clerical roles. You’ll source, interview, onboard, and maintain engaged talent pipelines while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal for a tech-comfortable recruiter who thrives on problem-solving, urgency, and impact within a small, growth-minded team.

• Recruit and place top talent for light industrial and clerical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening/interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing candidate engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver quick, high-quality results
• Prioritize and manage multiple job orders in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Maintain a steady, role-ready talent pipeline for recurring client needs
• Ensure compliance with staffing, safety, and onboarding requirements
• Leverage ATS, job boards, and social media to source and track candidates
• Collaborate in-office with the team Monday–Friday to achieve shared goals

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing (light industrial and/or clerical strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated success running a full desk in a high-volume environment
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills with a sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort using ATS, job boards, and social media sourcing tools
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of compliance and safety best practices in staffing
• Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday and collaborate closely with the team
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
