MissionHires is seeking an experienced, Venezuela-based Independent Contractor Recruiter (5+ years) with a proven track record hiring passive talent across Healthcare, Engineering, IT, and/or Legal. You’ll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and cold outreach to source, engage, and place 3–5 candidates per month without relying on job boards. Compensation: $1,000 base per month plus 10% of the placement fee.
Source and engage passive candidates across Healthcare, Engineering, IT, and/or Legal
Own end-to-end recruiting: intake, sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate management
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, and personalized cold outreach to build pipelines
Minimize reliance on job boards; prioritize direct sourcing and passive talent engagement
Coordinate candidate submissions and interview scheduling
Track metrics and consistently deliver 3–5 placements per month
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking without a formal ATS
Partner with clients to refine role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles
5+ years of candidate sourcing experience in the United States
Demonstrated success placing 3–5 candidates per month (provide proof or examples)
Domain recruiting experience in Healthcare, Engineering, IT, and/or Legal
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled sourcing tools
Proven ability to recruit passive candidates primarily without job boards
Strong cold outreach skills and high response-rate messaging strategies
Independent contractor status with ability to manage own tools, workflow, and time
Excellent communication, candidate experience, and client management skills
Salary: $1,000 a month
Placement commission: 10% of the placements received by MissionHires
