Provider Engagement Account Manager - Atlanta, Georgia

MissionHires is partnering with a rapidly growing managed care organization to hire a Provider Engagement Account Manager based in Georgia (Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, or Gwinnett County). This full-time, field-based role builds and sustains strong provider relationships, drives performance across value-based and quality metrics (including HEDIS), and leverages data to improve cost, utilization, and outcomes. Ideal candidates are consultative, data-driven, and experienced in provider relations within managed care. Salary discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter. No visa sponsorship available.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted providers within the assigned Georgia territory
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to ensure quality, cost-effective care
• Conduct regular in-person provider visits up to 4 days per week for hands-on coaching and support
• Drive provider performance on risk-based contracts, cost/utilization, HEDIS, and patient outcomes
• Analyze performance data and create tailored improvement strategies for providers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider concerns and optimize engagement
• Execute special projects while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare or a related field
• 2+ years in provider relations, account management, or a similar role within a health plan, medical group, or IPA
• Working knowledge of managed care, value-based care models, HEDIS, and quality improvement
• Proven ability to interpret and act on cost/utilization and performance analytics
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and solution-oriented communication skills
• Residence in Georgia, specifically in Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, or Gwinnett County
• Ability to travel locally up to 4 days per week
