Join as a Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our clients’ innovative B2B platforms in Latin America. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns, support sales efforts, and contribute to the growth of our portfolio companies. Lead and own the marketing strategy and go-to-market plan to support the sales team in their work with customers.
Liaise cross-functionally across product, sales, and engineering, supporting data analysis and problem-solving.
Identify key information relating to existing persona(s), amending methods of communication.
Address and contribute to essential areas such as value proposition and messaging pillars.
Operate within the product release cycle to form pertinent communications for partners and customers.
Drive brand awareness campaigns across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Generate social media content to support marketing and business development efforts.
Take a proactive stance to create assets such as product presentations and data sheets.
Drive marketing campaigns, trainings, workshops, and market-oriented content creation.
Generate business development activities to identify new leads and business opportunities with third parties, channels, and partners.
Support sales and channels with knowledge and sales tools tailored to the market’s unique needs.
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B fintech.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and go-to-market planning.
Demonstrated experience generating brand awareness through LinkedIn and social media.
Experience creating and managing social media content to support marketing objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and solve problems creatively.
Experience in creating marketing assets such as presentations and data sheets.
Proactive approach to driving marketing campaigns and content creation.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Familiarity with the Latin American market is a plus.
