This Senior Product Manager in Recoveries role exists to lead that end-to-end experience, combining empathy, efficiency, and focus on real impact.
You’ll work at the heart of a product that bridges customer experience and internal operations. Your mission: improve the collections experience, reduce NPL, and empower the collections team with tools that truly work.
Design and prioritize the product roadmap for the Recoveries vertical.
Redesign the collections journey focusing on experience, conversion, and empathy.
Work closely with Data to understand the behavior of people with outstanding debt.
Design strategies and products that reduce NPL without compromising the experience.
Improve internal tools so that the Collections team can operate faster, with better data and greater autonomy.
Test and scale new contact strategies (notifications, rules, channels, segmentation).
Measure the impact of every change with clear metrics (payment conversion, NPS, operational cost).
Propose improvements that balance business impact with the experience of those who need us most.
Your first quarter at Cashea
In your first month...
You’ll map the current collections journey and identify internal/external pain points.
You’ll gather information on current tools, processes, and metrics together with Operations and Service.
You’ll define your first quick wins and prioritize immediate improvement opportunities.
In your second month...
You’ll lead the redesign or improvement of an internal tool for collections.
You’ll launch your first contact experiment or differentiated payment strategy.
You’ll begin working with behavioral metrics (debtor cohorts, return rate, recurrence).
In your third month...
You’ll take full ownership of the collections roadmap.
You’ll present your first results report and future vision.
You’ll begin connecting collections improvements with retention and customer experience.
Previous experience as a PM in transactional, financial, or operational products.
Knowledge of collections, payments, wallets, fintech, or similar processes (not mandatory).
Ability to design human-centered flows, even in critical moments.
Systems thinking: you understand how an experience improvement impacts business metrics.
Excellent prioritization, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experimental and data-driven mindset — but with empathy.
