We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer with strong GCP experience to lead the design and deployment of production-grade ML systems. This is a highly strategic role, combining deep ML expertise with strong engineering capabilities to build scalable, reliable, and high-impact AI solutions.
How You'll Contribute
Lead the design and deployment of ML models powering core product features
Define and implement robust ML lifecycle pipelines (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
Architect ML solutions on GCP (Vertex AI and related services)
Ensure model observability, performance, and continuous optimisation in production
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
Mentor engineers and drive best practices across ML and data teams
Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI and LLM-based systems
What Makes You a Great Fit
Strong experience building and deploying ML systems at scale
Advanced Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with GCP ML ecosystem (Vertex AI preferred)
Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g. Spark, Beam, Flink)
Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, experimentation, and model optimisation
Proven ability to lead technical decisions and influence cross-functional teams
Advanced English
