How You'll Contribute
- Quote, plan, and design industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines; track costs and deadlines
- Collaborate with field employees, coworkers, customers, and contractors to meet project objectives
- Ensure project delivery meets customer expectations and quality standards
- Mentor, direct, and supervise engineering and project staff
- Conduct site visits and travel to jobsites within the state (no overnights)
- Support continuous improvement of design standards, documentation, and processes
- Provide technical leadership and problem-solving throughout project lifecycle
