Why This Role Matters

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro
We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient neurological rehabilitation team in the Medford, Oregon region. You will deliver one-on-one 45-minute therapy sessions to patients with a variety of neuro diagnoses and disabilities. You'll evaluate clients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support them toward maximum independence and functional recovery. You'll join a not-for-profit healthcare network known for advanced programs in neurosciences and whole-person care.

How You'll Contribute

  • Manage and provide skilled physical therapy services to patients/clients with neurological diagnoses, taking into account individual needs and functional potential.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions (balance, gait training, strength, coordination, etc.).
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, document progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Provide care in an outpatient clinic setting with one-on-one sessions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy).
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Neuro rehabilitation experience preferred (1+ years service, outpatient preferred).
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping patients with neurologic conditions.
  • Ability to work day shift, full time.
