Physical Therapist (outpatient) - Bossier City, Louisiana

Bryant Staffing Solutions is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role with an established, collaborative care team. • Deliver individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Document clearly and efficiently using a streamlined EMR with AI scribe functionality
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery strategies and home exercise programs
• Participate in clinical development, mentorship, and optional residency programs
• Manage a full-time outpatient schedule with an average caseload of ~11 patients per day
• Communicate proactively with patients and team members to support timely, high-quality care

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s degree with relevant experience considered
• 2–4 years of outpatient experience ideal; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Active Louisiana PT license or eligibility/compact license required
• Candidates from inpatient settings may be considered if transitioning to outpatient care
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient-centered therapy
• Clean licensure history; background check required
