Paralegal - Raleigh, North Carolina

Join a fast-paced and well-established legal team in Raleigh, NC, as a Personal Injury Paralegal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident managing a large volume of personal injury claims from start to finish. You will be part of a collaborative, client-centered legal team and work in a city known for its affordability, vibrant downtown, diverse culinary scene, and access to outdoor recreation.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a key point of contact between attorneys and clients, providing consistent updates and case management support
• Organize, request, and maintain all relevant medical records and billing documents
• Draft and prepare settlement demand packages for attorney review
• Track case progress and ensure all deadlines are met
• Support scheduling, file maintenance, and general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of recent personal injury paralegal experience (older experience may not be considered)
• Demonstrated success managing 70+ active claims at one time
• Hands-on experience drafting demand letters and full case documentation
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to interact directly with attorneys
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Experience with North Carolina personal injury claims is highly preferred; South Carolina experience may be considered

Preferred but Not Required:

• Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are a significant advantage
• Familiarity with both pre-litigation and litigation processes
