MissionHires is partnering with a reputable, established personal injury firm in Charlotte, NC to hire a skilled Litigation Paralegal. In this on-site role, you’ll support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation—drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, securing and summarizing medical records, tracking deadlines, and preparing for trial. Ideal candidates are experienced, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

How You'll Contribute

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
  • Secure, track, and organize medical records and billing information
  • Review and summarize medical records for attorney review
  • Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, and subpoenas
  • Maintain and monitor case deadlines, court dockets, and calendaring
  • Prepare settlement calculations and draft settlement agreements
  • Organize case files and perform general administrative duties (filing, calendaring, document management)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Experience with discovery, medical records procurement, and trial preparation
  • Familiarity with court rules, procedures, and docket management
  • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina
