Cadence Health is looking for a results-driven Patient Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as an Outbound Call Agent, proactively reaching out to patients referred by our partner physicians to drive enrollments in our healthcare program. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, using strong sales and persuasion skills to communicate the value and benefits of Cadence’s services while addressing patient concerns and objections.
This is a full-time remote role, Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time.
Outbound Sales & Enrollment: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential patients, clearly explaining our program's benefits and securing enrollments.
Persuasive Communication: Utilize effective sales techniques to educate, engage, and motivate patients to sign up, overcoming objections as needed.
Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with patients through personalized, empathetic communication.
Follow-up & Scheduling: Manage follow-up conversations and schedule virtual enrollment sessions with the Cadence Care team.
Results-Driven Approach: Meet and exceed performance targets related to patient enrollment and engagement.
CRM & Data Management: Accurately document interactions and maintain organized records in CRM platforms.
Healthcare Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales or patient enrollment within a healthcare setting.
Proven Track Record in Outbound Calling: Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling, telesales, or phone-based customer engagement.
Persuasion & Objection Handling: Strong ability to influence decisions, address concerns, and guide patients toward enrollment.
Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with enrollment targets.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems to manage and track patient interactions.
Fast-Paced Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-energy, results-focused setting while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
