A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager II to oversee its Intensive Care Unit (ICU). How You'll Contribute

  • Lead the implementation of nursing best practices and patient care delivery systems.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
  • Supervise clinical and administrative operations across multiple ICU locations.
  • Oversee resource allocation, staffing, and equipment management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Provide performance feedback, mentoring, and career development for nursing staff.
  • Develop and manage operational plans, budgets, and emergency preparedness protocols.
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices, patient outcomes, and system performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
  • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience
  • At least 4 years in a leadership or management role
  • ICU nursing experience required
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in a relevant specialty
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
