Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead operations for an Adolescent Behavioral Health unit in Oregon City. This role is responsible for daily management, patient care outcomes, and team development. Oversee 24/7 clinical operations of the adolescent psych unit
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
Build and lead a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing nursing team
Utilize resources wisely while managing staffing and performance
Maintain effective inter-professional relationships and foster a culture of inclusion and healing
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
Active Oregon RN License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the AHA (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership roles
At least 1 year of management/supervisory experience in a hospital psych unit
Master's degree in a relevant field
Formal training in management, finance, or administration
National certification in a relevant clinical specialty
Leadership in Nursing Operations
Behavioral Health Experience (Adolescent Psych preferred)
