In this highly influential leadership role, you'll be responsible for strategic planning, operations, and best-practice implementation across maternal child health services, leading multiple care units, managing patient and employee safety, and directing budget development and quality improvement initiatives in a 24/7 acute care setting.

How You'll Contribute

  • Strategic planning, operations, and best-practice implementation across maternal child health services
  • Leading multiple care units and collaborating with physicians, clinical teams, and outside providers
  • Managing patient and employee safety, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance
  • Directing budget development and financial oversight for the department
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and emergency preparedness strategies

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Current California RN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in patient care delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and 2 years managing budgets
  • Background in Maternal Child Health and Labor & Delivery
  • BLS certification
