Join a portfolio of an ultra-premium, award-winning spirit brand making waves in the market. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Sales Broker to represent our portfolio across Nevada. This is an exciting opportunity for someone deeply connected in the beverage industry with an existing spirits portfolio and a passion for building brands and driving growth.

As a key ambassador for our award-winning tequila and shared spirits portfolio, you will champion our brand throughout Nevada, building strong relationships with the distributor, retailers, and hospitality partners. As an independent broker, you will be responsible for growing brand presence and driving sales in on-premise and off-premise accounts. How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow CasAzar Tequila across Nevada

  • Prospect new accounts and open doors for brand placement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor, retailers, bars, and restaurants

  • Represent CasAzar at industry events, staff trainings, tastings, and promotional activities

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with key accounts

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence

  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to leadership

  • Must hold appropriate licenses and permits for alcohol sales in Nevada

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in spirits, wine, or beverage sales in the Nevada market

  • Established network of contacts within the hospitality and retail sectors

  • Deep passion for premium spirits, with an appreciation for storytelling

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to excellence and integrity

  • Ability to travel throughout Nevada as needed
