Our client based in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced .NET Developer. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working both independently and collaboratively. We’re looking for a self-starter who values clean code, ongoing learning, and contributing to meaningful solutions.
Design and build end-to-end software systems, from database logic to front-end functionality
Take part in project teams or work solo on development efforts, depending on project needs
Mentor team members and help shape technical decisions
Analyze design documentation and produce reliable time estimates
Break down work and delegate development tasks when in a lead role
Stay informed on modern tools, libraries, and methodologies in web development
Balance priorities across several simultaneous engagements
At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience in a professional setting
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
U.S.-based professional references required
Experience with .NET Core and Blazor, using C# or VB.NET
Skilled in Visual Studio and working within a structured development environment
Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and MS SQL Server
Competency in writing stored procedures, optimizing queries, and designing relational databases
Must currently reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work without sponsorship
