Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled n8n Automation Expert to design, implement, and optimize advanced automation workflows that power our email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and sales growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building complex integrations, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless data flow across our marketing, CRM, and sales platforms. This role requires both technical expertise in n8n and strategic thinking to maximize automation for business growth.
Automation Development:
Design, build, and maintain workflows in N8N to automate repetitive tasks across departments (sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, and customer service).
Create error-handling and monitoring mechanisms to ensure automations run reliably.
System Integration:
Connect N8N with various APIs, CRMs, marketing tools, databases, and other SaaS platforms.
Develop custom API integrations and scripts where native connectors are unavailable.
Process Optimization:
Work with department heads to identify automation opportunities and define workflow requirements.
Document and standardize processes for scalability and knowledge sharing.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Monitor workflows for performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing workflows to improve speed and stability.
Collaboration:
Partner with IT, data, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with security best practices.
Train internal teams on using and managing automated workflows.
Proven experience designing and managing workflows in N8N (required).
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures.
Proficiency in JavaScript or another scripting language for creating custom nodes.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, cloud storage, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation platforms (a plus).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business processes into automated workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in business process automation within sales, marketing, or operations.
Familiarity with OAuth2 authentication, rate limiting, and API documentation.
Understanding of data transformation and data cleaning methods.
Experience in error handling and workflow monitoring dashboards.
