Power BI Analyst - Dallas, TX

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Business Intelligence (BI) & Power BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, reports, and analytics that support decision-making across the business.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured datasets.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and define KPIs.

• Develop and maintain data models using Power Query, DAX, and tabular models.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

• Provide training and support for Power BI and self-service reporting.

• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure.

• Document processes, data models, and reporting logic.

• 3–5 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or a related role.

• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualizations).

• Strong SQL skills (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).

• Solid understanding of ETL processes and multi-source data integration.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
