Engage with potential clients to understand their healthcare needs and provide tailored Medicare solutions.
Utilize CRM systems, dialers, and other tools to manage and track client interactions effectively.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Maintain strong attendance and adhere to compliance and daily routines.
Handle high call volumes and rejection with resilience and a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with leads and managers to achieve team goals.
In possession of a 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license.
Must pass a background check.
Work full-time in-person, Monday–Friday.
Ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
Sales or customer service background, ideally in high-volume environments, is preferred.
Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to build rapport and uncover needs through probing.
