Medical Sales Representative (Commission-based only)

Crescent City Recruitment Group is hiring 1099 Medical Sales Representatives (commission-only) to introduce physicians and clinics to innovative healthcare solutions, including AI Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), exosome therapies, the Xsonx tool, and advanced wound grafts. This highly independent role is ideal for entrepreneurial sellers seeking uncapped earnings by educating providers and driving adoption across their territory.

• Prospect, identify, and build relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations
• Educate providers on AI RPM, exosome therapies, the Xsonx tool, and advanced wound grafts
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and clinical value discussions to drive adoption
• Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline; track activities and outcomes
• Own territory planning, scheduling, and field coverage as an independent contractor
• Collaborate with client teams to align on product use cases, materials, and onboarding steps
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, indications, and competitive landscape
• Report progress, wins, and challenges; iterate strategies to increase conversions

• Proven experience in medical, biotech, or pharmaceutical sales preferred
• Demonstrated success working independently with strong self-motivation and accountability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for high earnings in a commission-only environment
• Familiarity with RPM, regenerative medicine (e.g., exosomes), or wound care is a plus
• Ability to manage a territory, schedule, and pipeline as a 1099 contractor
• Willingness to learn and present cutting-edge healthcare solutions to clinical stakeholders
