How You'll Contribute

  • Greet and assist patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and privacy
  • Obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately
  • Prepare examination rooms and assist physicians during patient exams and procedures
  • Support evidence-based treatment protocols and holistic care approaches
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and referrals to ensure access to care
  • Educate patients about procedures, treatments, and aftercare instructions
  • Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to deliver seamless, patient-centered service
  • Uphold PRM’s values of empathy, validation, and leadership through experience in every interaction

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role (new graduates with strong passion for patient care are encouraged to apply)
  • Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, empathetic, and holistic patient care
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn about pelvic pain conditions and evidence-based treatments
