How You'll Contribute

  • Own and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Email Marketing)
  • Manage and grow budgets of $100K+ per month with a focus on CAC reduction and traffic growth
  • Build, mentor, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, analysts, and growth strategists
  • Translate data into actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, and SQL
  • Report performance and recommend strategies directly to leadership
  • Contribute to creative strategies, including ad copy testing and supporting larger brand initiatives (TV/OTT extensions)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling traffic, lowering CAC, and managing high-budget campaigns
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in SQL, Python (basic), BI tools, and reporting
  • Experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Email Marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-paced environment with high ownership
  • Excellent communication skills in English (professional); Spanish is a plus
