This fully in-office role will oversee digital and traditional channels, manage campaigns end-to-end, supervise marketing staff, collaborate with attorneys and practice groups, and leverage marketing technology and analytics to optimize performance for a legal services environment.

How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies with Practice Group Leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director focused on brand awareness, relationships, and lead generation
  • Assist in managing the Marketing Department, including supervising staff, delegating assignments, and evaluating performance
  • Oversee digital and traditional channels (email, website/SEO, social media, print collateral, webinars, and in-person events) to ensure brand alignment
  • Conceptualize, plan, and implement programs to enhance brand recognition and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage campaigns from development through execution, including tracking KPIs and optimizing to meet objectives
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and client insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and attorney practice groups to deliver integrated initiatives
  • Leverage marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems to improve outcomes
  • Prepare reports and analyze performance data to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs
  • Maintain regular on-site presence and support event and office needs as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on strategy development, brand awareness, relationship building, and lead generation
