Marketing and Growth Manager

- Design and implement a compelling brand strategy to position our product as an ecological, sustainable, and innovative cleaning solution.
- Lead the launch of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and a strong value proposition.
- Plan and execute activation campaigns in retail locations, including POP material, product sampling, and live demos.
- Drive digital marketing efforts: paid media, social media, influencer collaborations, and PR to boost online traffic and engagement.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading marketing, trade marketing, or growth strategies in FMCG companies, ecommerce, or startups.

• Previous experience working with national retailers

• Proven track record in executing and optimizing digital campaigns

• Experience launching products or brands across both online and physical channels.
