Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association Certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Formal coursework in management, finance, or administration
- National certification in relevant clinical specialty
- Previous experience managing a hospital psychiatric unit
