You will collect and analyze machine data, identify root causes of downtime, and drive corrective and preventive actions while collaborating closely with Maintenance, Engineering, technicians, and operators. This on-site role requires strong floor presence and the ability to clearly communicate maintenance insights to leadership. Relocation assistance is available.
How You'll Contribute
- Develop and support a Maintenance Reliability program to capture, structure, and analyze machine data
- Monitor equipment performance, identify root causes of downtime, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Engineering to minimize equipment downtime
- Spend significant time on the production floor engaging with Maintenance Technicians and Operators to validate issues and solutions
- Translate maintenance and reliability findings into clear updates and recommendations for the leadership team
- Establish and refine data collection standards, metrics, and reporting cadences for reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment uptime and asset health
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- BS degree in Engineering
- Comfort working on the production floor and collaborating with Maintenance Technicians and Operators
- Ability to analyze maintenance data to determine root causes and prioritize actions
- Strong communication skills to present maintenance insights and reliability metrics to leadership
- Willingness to help build and mature a reliability program in a high-performing manufacturing setting
- Ability to work on-site in the Dandridge/Morristown, TN area (relocation assistance available)
