Team Management
Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring candidates align with the boutique’s standards, culture, and required competencies.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure the team is knowledgeable about products, store procedures, and customer service excellence.
Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage while coordinating time-off and vacation requests efficiently.
Provide consistent leadership, guidance, and supervision to ensure team members meet performance expectations and align with business objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and setting clear development goals.
