How You'll Contribute

  • Create and manage shipping schedules in coordination with Production and Sales

  • Prepare shipping documentation and stage customer orders for pickup

  • Schedule pickups with customers and freight carriers

  • Receive raw materials and record inventory in internal systems

  • Store and move materials in and out of inventory while maintaining accurate records

  • Coordinate shipments of raw materials to suppliers

  • Manage shipment of scrap materials for reprocessing

  • Oversee warehouse organization and operational efficiency

  • Receive, document, and properly store customer returns

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment

  • Train and direct Material Handlers

  • Operate forklifts, turret trucks, and box trucks safely

  • Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience required

  • Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to operate box trucks and warehouse equipment

  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift

  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs independently
