This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating shipping activities, managing inventory movement, and supporting production and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Create and manage shipping schedules in coordination with Production and Sales
Prepare shipping documentation and stage customer orders for pickup
Schedule pickups with customers and freight carriers
Receive raw materials and record inventory in internal systems
Store and move materials in and out of inventory while maintaining accurate records
Coordinate shipments of raw materials to suppliers
Manage shipment of scrap materials for reprocessing
Oversee warehouse organization and operational efficiency
Receive, document, and properly store customer returns
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
Train and direct Material Handlers
Operate forklifts, turret trucks, and box trucks safely
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
High School Diploma or equivalent
Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience required
Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to operate box trucks and warehouse equipment
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs independently
Ability to climb stairs and operate warehouse equipment
Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
Overtime and weekend work may be required
