Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Personal Lines) - Orlando, Florida

MissionHires is partnering with a mission-driven insurance agency to hire a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Personal Lines) in Florida (Clearwater or Orlando). In this client-facing role, you will advise personal lines customers, build lasting relationships, and manage end-to-end policy servicing across home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, and bonds. Ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with a 2-20 Florida Insurance License, 1–2 years of personal lines experience, and daily proficiency in the Nexsure AMS. Competitive base + commission, employer-paid health after 90 days, 3% Simple IRA match, PTO, and a collaborative, service-oriented culture.

• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with personal lines clients
• Provide quotes and bind policies across home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, and bonds
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Manage renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and client documentation
• Cross-sell additional insurance products based on client needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service in-person, by phone, and via email
• Use the Nexsure agency management system daily to manage workflows and accounts
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve policy or service issues
• Operate as a reliable, detail-oriented, goal-driven team player in a fast-paced environment

• Active 2-20 Florida Insurance License
• 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Daily proficiency with the Nexsure agency management system
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
• Goal-driven, service-minded, and organized
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred; bilingual-friendly office
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive, proactive approach
