How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for medical devices across the LATAM region.

  • Manage and grow key accounts (hospitals, clinics, distributors, and strategic partners).

  • Identify new business opportunities and portfolio expansion initiatives.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve profitability targets.

  • Coordinate with marketing, regulatory affairs, logistics, and customer service teams.

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and healthcare industry dynamics.

  • Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and regional performance.

  • Represent the company at medical congresses, trade shows, and customer visits.
