How You'll Contribute
- Perform routine laboratory testing and analyses with high accuracy and precision
- Execute and document quality control procedures for instruments, reagents, and assays
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Adhere to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Accurately record, analyze, and report test results to the laboratory manager
- Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and safety regulations and practices
- Manage and track samples using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), as applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
- Support inventory management of consumables and reagents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting clinical research and reference lab services
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
- State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist license
- Laboratory Technician certification or equivalent hands-on laboratory experience
- Proven laboratory equipment operation and core bench laboratory skills
- Ability to follow laboratory protocols and maintain SOP compliance
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and precision
- Familiarity with GLP, laboratory safety procedures, and regulatory standards (CLIA/CAP)
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication for accurate documentation and reporting
