Junior Landscape Designer - Charlotte, North Carolina

MissionHires is partnering with a growing design firm to hire a Junior Landscape Designer. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about landscape architecture, problem solving, and contributing to projects from large-scale master plans to parks and public spaces. You’ll assist with design development, graphics, documentation, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver creative, high-quality work.

• Assist with landscape design for projects of varying scale, from master plans to parks and public spaces
• Support design development, including graphics, drawings, and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases
• Contribute creative ideas and help solve design challenges
• Produce visual communication materials to convey design intent

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or a related field
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in landscape design or related work
• Strong design, graphic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively both visually and verbally
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred: Experience with Revit and/or Lumion
