IT Technician

SAVYUS is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented IT Technician to provide remote technical support that keeps our team productive and secure. You’ll troubleshoot computers, networks, and software installations; document solutions; and help improve internal IT processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is curious, organized, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide remote first-line technical support for computers, peripherals, basic networking, and common software
• Troubleshoot issues methodically, follow documented procedures, and escalate when necessary
• Install, configure, and update software under guidance; assist with device setup
• Document tickets, resolutions, and repeatable procedures clearly and accurately
• Communicate status and solutions to non-technical users in a calm, clear manner
• Prioritize multiple requests and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Contribute feedback to improve support processes and team efficiency
• Maintain a secure and reliable remote work environment following company guidelines
