At SAMBA, we’re partnering with a growing tech startup to find a talented Integration Manager with strong technical and customer-facing skills to lead and structure the integration and customer engineering function.
This is a foundational role, ideal for someone with a senior technical background and leadership experience who’s ready to own the integration process from both a strategic and hands-on perspective.
Lead the onboarding, configuration, and technical support for new and existing customers.
Build and manage the team of integration and support engineers (initially small, with growth expected).
Troubleshoot issues related to software, infrastructure, and DevOps practices, escalating when needed.
Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate feedback and prioritize improvements.
Organize customer interactions into internal documentation, support resources, and product insights.
Design and implement tools that streamline technical onboarding and issue resolution.
Act as a senior liaison with enterprise clients, ensuring a high level of service and long-term success.
Strong coding skills and solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
Background in infrastructure, DevOps, or system architecture. • Experience with tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proven experience leading technical teams or functions in fast-paced environments.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and customer-first mindset.
Strong communicator: able to interface with both technical and business stakeholders.
Startup mindset: hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity and constant change.
Fluent in Spanish, and able to hold technical conversations in English.
Based in Argentina or Uruguay (or nearby time zones).
