The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with team goals.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and proactively manage a pool of qualified candidates.
Track recruitment metrics to refine processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for finding top talent, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preference would be given to candidates with exposure to IT/ITES environment.
