This role supports daily HR operations across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance management, benefits and leave administration, training, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate is a trusted, confidential partner who can manage multiple priorities while helping foster an inclusive and compliant workplace.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance activities.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and policy administration.
Experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, GMP, FDA-regulated, or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Yes. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, Texas, with an everyday commute to Downtown Dallas expected.
