How You'll Contribute

  • Build and manage referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers to increase admissions
  • Educate referral sources on Medicare eligibility criteria and agency service offerings
  • Manage territory activity, maintain a robust referral pipeline, and drive census growth
  • Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams to optimize referral conversion and start-of-care timelines
  • Represent the agency at community outreach, health fairs, and healthcare industry events
  • Maintain full compliance with Medicare, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law, as well as Florida state regulations
  • Track and report referral trends, activity metrics, and outcomes to inform strategy
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to leadership to refine growth initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Established referral relationships for Medicare-A home health patients
  • 2+ years of healthcare or home health sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven knowledge of Medicare home health referral and eligibility processes
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory and referral pipeline
  • Understanding of CMS guidelines and relevant compliance regulations (Anti-Kickback and Stark)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with intake and clinical operations teams
