MissionHires is seeking a Home Care Sales Account Executive to drive referral growth for Medicare-covered skilled home health services. This role develops and manages relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers, educates partners on eligibility and services, and collaborates with internal teams to convert referrals—all while maintaining strict compliance with CMS and Florida regulations.

You build and manage referral relationships, educate providers on Medicare eligibility, manage your territory and pipeline, and work with intake/clinical teams to convert referrals.
It’s an on-the-road role focused on in-territory relationship building and events.

2+ years in healthcare or home health sales and established referral relationships for Medicare-A home health patients.
You must maintain compliance with CMS guidelines, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and Florida state regulations.
