Home Care Director of Quality and Compliance - Pittsfield, MA

MissionHires is partnering with a respected home health agency in Pittsfield, MA to hire a Director of Quality and Compliance. This leader will own regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement and performance initiatives, oversee staff education and onboarding, and leverage data analytics to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, and includes periodic admin-on-call and limited holiday coverage.

• Serve as the agency’s regulatory and quality expert across all services
• Lead utilization review, patient satisfaction, infection control, and performance improvement initiatives
• Oversee onboarding, ongoing education, and competency programs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Use data analytics to guide interventions and exceed national benchmarks
• Participate in admin-on-call rotation every 6–8 weeks and cover 1–2 holidays per year
• Contribute to program development with a focus on value-based purchasing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
• Active RN license in Massachusetts required
• OASIS certification required or obtainable within 12 months
• HCS-D or BCHH-C coding certification required or obtainable within 12 months
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in home health care
• At least 3 years in a leadership or quality management role within a home health setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week, with admin-on-call rotation
