Improve ME Institute, a leading tutoring center in Dubai, is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Department - A Level/IB Chemistry Tutor. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire both students and fellow tutors, delivering high-quality, personalized chemistry instruction across British and international curricula (GCSE, MYP, A-Level, and IB DP). • Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons for A Level, IB DP, GCSE, and MYP students
• Lead and mentor a team of Chemistry tutors, promoting best teaching practices
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to individual student needs
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Uphold and promote the values of academic excellence, integrity, and a supportive environment
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a cohesive and high-quality academic program
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry education and curriculum standards

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Chemistry at GCSE, MYP, A-Level, and/or IB DP levels
• Proven track record of helping students achieve academic success
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
