MissionHires is seeking a Growth Manager (Fintech) to own and scale US/EU to Spanish-speaking Latin American remittance corridors. You will lead go-to-market in diaspora communities, manage P&L, drive customer acquisition via partnerships, events, offline/online campaigns, and ambassadors, and collaborate with Product/Ops to optimize conversion, latency, and success rates. Ideal candidates bring deep community networks, fluency in English and Spanish, strong BD and marketing chops, and an owner’s mindset. Role based in NYC, Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo.
Fluency in English and Spanish
8+ years in high-growth environments (startups, marketing, scale-ups, or similar)
Proven P&L ownership with a track record of hitting revenue and profitability targets
Strong business development and partnerships experience
Experience managing influencers and ambassadors in Latin American communities
Background in offline and performance marketing (preferred)
Existing knowledge of and networks within Latin American diaspora communities; comfort with on-the-ground activation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Growth and owner mindset with proven success in customer acquisition
Analytics-driven decision-making and optimization skills
Metrics-focused, with a track record of exceeding ambitious targets
Outgoing communicator with cross-cultural relationship-building skills
Execution-oriented with ability to move from idea to implementation
