MissionHires is partnering with a national manufacturer to hire a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer based in Pittsburgh, PA. You’ll design for print and digital across multiple divisions under one umbrella brand—maintaining cohesive identity while tailoring assets to each unit. Projects include campaigns, brochures, catalogs, ads, trade show signage, large-format graphics, and social content. You’ll collaborate with sales and leadership, stay on-brand while pushing creative boundaries, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with visibility to the C-suite and VPs.

How You'll Contribute

  • Design creative assets across print and digital: brochures, flyers, catalogs, print ads, large-scale signage, trade show graphics, and campaign materials
  • Maintain and evolve established brand guidelines across multiple business units, ensuring cohesive identity and division-specific adaptations
  • Produce visually compelling designs with strong composition, color, and typography
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (including sales and leadership) to align creative with business goals and messaging
  • Create visual and messaging content for social media with proper branding and voice
  • Update website content as needed to reflect current campaigns and materials
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet short deadlines
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; present work and rationale to stakeholders
  • Stay current on design, social media, and industry trends to continually innovate

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related field; or AA degree
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and creative skills across print and online
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Professional proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and typography
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization, self-direction, and results orientation
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform management
  • Ability to adapt quickly, be resourceful, and meet short timelines
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA (40 hours/week)
