MissionHires is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a small team (2–3 reps) while actively selling across SMBs, professional offices, educational institutions, and government accounts. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in ecommerce, tech, or service-based sales, can immediately activate an existing book of business, and excels in both inside (phone) and outside (field) sales. You’ll drive strategy, coaching, and execution to deliver measurable revenue growth.

How You'll Contribute

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 2–3 sales reps to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies for SMBs, professional offices, schools/universities, and government clients
  • Actively sell to new and existing customers via phone and in-person field visits
  • Leverage an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue
  • Track sales performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve results
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, promotions, and new offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2–3+ years as a Sales Manager with experience managing and selling alongside a team
  • Hands-on selling experience in ecommerce, technology, or service-oriented industries
  • Proven ability to sell into SMBs, professional offices (law, medical), education, and ideally government
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing a team of at least 2–3 salespeople
  • Experience managing both inside sales (phone) and outside sales (field visits)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to leverage an existing book of business to generate immediate sales
  • Preferred: Prior experience selling into government entities
  • Preferred: Comfort with consultative selling and building long-term client relationships
  • Preferred: Experience in multi-channel sales environments
