Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a skilled technical expert with extensive experience Go High Level to join our team on a 10+ hour per week basis (more hours available but 10 is minimum). The primary focus will be on building and optimizing a medical practice platform. Creating workflows, processes and materials for medical practices. Other project work from the company may be assigned and once this project is completed other projects will be assigned to maintain work hours. 
 
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with strong expertise in GoHighLevel and automation systems. They should be customer-focused, enjoy learning, and excel at optimizing workflows. With a passion for troubleshooting and improving systems, they’ll work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. We’re looking for someone eager to contribute long-term to our company’s success. 

How You'll Contribute

  • Design, build, and implement an advanced deployment of a white labeled GoHighLevel sub account. 

  • Ability to analyze metrics, dashboards, and reports 

  • Design multi-step messaging, reminder, and follow up sequences via SMS and email 

  • Troubleshoot and optimize workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions. 

  • Track and monitor system automations to ensure they are working as designed 
    Load and maintain content 

  • Ensure data integrity between systems and integrations 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel 

  • GoHighLevel Certification strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling 

  • Knowledge and ability to create a “frictionless experience” for clients 

  • Be available (at least 1/4 day) during core US hours 8A - 5P EST Monday – Friday 

  • Integration experience with 3rd party tools using native GHL functionality 

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation integration. 

  • Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Experience integrating workflows with CRMs, databases, or other business tools. 

  • Familiarity with additional automation platforms or tools.
