Global Recruitment Strategist Lead

As the Global Recruitment Strategist Lead, you will design and implement strategies that strengthen our international talent pipeline and ensure a steady flow of qualified nurses for U.S. hospital placements. By building partnerships with nursing schools, NCLEX-preparation centers, and healthcare training institutions worldwide, this role directly supports ANP Health’s mission to connect skilled healthcare professionals with life-changing opportunities abroad.

• Lead recruitment strategy development, aligning global outreach efforts with ANP Health’s recruitment objectives.

• Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with nursing schools, NCLEX-preparation centers, and healthcare training institutions worldwide.

• Represent ANP Health at industry conferences, events, and meetings,

elevating brand presence and building long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams, ensuring candidate pipelines meet demand and align with partner hospital needs.

• Track and report performance metrics in CRM systems, providing data-driven insights to improve outreach strategies.

• Engage nursing communities, leveraging relationships to attract qualified candidates.

• Coordinate and participate in webinars and events (minimum of 2 per week), both independently and with partners, to showcase ANP Health’s offerings and generate interest.

• Meet defined performance metrics, including a monthly goal of 200 candidate submissions.

• English proficiency at a B2 level minimum.

• Bachelor´s degree: Background in Business, Healthcare, Public Relations or other related fields.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities across time zones and international markets.

• Experience with international populations.

• Able to build, nurture and maintain relations with external parties.

• Valid passport and ability to travel

• Functioning personal computer and reliable internet connection to effectively carry out their job responsibilities.

• Familiar with international recruitment with an emphasis on healthcare being a plus

• Experience hosting webinars, info sessions, or workshops as part of lead generation efforts.
