The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in quality, service, sales, and profitability. This role develops and mentors the management team, drives local growth, and safeguards operational standards, directly impacting both team success and the community.
Lead and inspire managers and crew to deliver excellent guest experiences
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, training, and performance management
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance
Drive sales growth through marketing, promotions, and community engagement
Manage budgets, analyze P&L reports, and control labor, food, and operating costs
Ensure proper facility maintenance, equipment care, and safe working conditions
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team
3+ years of General Management experience (QSR preferred)
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work 55 hours per week with no scheduling restrictions
Strong leadership and people development skills
Proven success in sales growth, operations, and P&L management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about team success
$60,000–$65,000 base salary
Annual bonus potential: $10,000–$12,000
