How You'll Contribute

  • Lead and inspire managers and crew to deliver excellent guest experiences

  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, training, and performance management

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance

  • Drive sales growth through marketing, promotions, and community engagement

  • Manage budgets, analyze P&L reports, and control labor, food, and operating costs

  • Ensure proper facility maintenance, equipment care, and safe working conditions

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of General Management experience (QSR preferred)

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Ability to work 55 hours per week with no scheduling restrictions

  • Strong leadership and people development skills

  • Proven success in sales growth, operations, and P&L management

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about team success
