This General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a full-service casual dining restaurant with a bar. The role focuses on growing sales, achieving restaurant EBITDA, meeting budget, and creating a culture of accountability. The General Manager recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and leads managers and team members while overseeing both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations.
