How You'll Contribute

General Manager responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead and develop a team of 40–70+ employees.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain strong talent.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Uphold brand standards for quality, speed, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol laws.
  • Create a guest-first environment.
  • Manage full P&L and key cost controls.
  • Drive sales through marketing and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and food quality standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Restaurant General Manager candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service casual dining.
  • Proven success managing $2M–$5M+ annual sales volumes.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and operational controls.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Flexible availability — nights, weekends and holidays as required.
