How You'll Contribute
General Manager responsibilities include:

- Recruit, hire, train, and retain strong talent.

- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol laws.
- Create a guest-first environment.
- Manage full P&L and key cost controls.
- Drive sales through marketing and community engagement.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in high-volume, full-service casual dining.
- Proven success managing $2M–$5M+ annual sales volumes.
