How You'll Contribute

  • Deliver a charismatic, guest-focused experience

  • Apply previous opening and/or multi-unit experience

  • Use critical path management for operational efficiency

  • Oversee day-to-day operations

  • Design strategy and set growth goals

  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

  • Establish policies and processes

  • Ensure employee productivity and professional development

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and payroll

  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

  • Direct employee assessment processes

  • Prepare regular reports for upper management

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Provide solutions to issues (profit decline, conflicts, competition loss)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role (5+ years)

  • Experience in planning and budgeting

  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude

  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field (MSc/MA is a plus)
